Hoplicity In Cans

Look for Hoplicity 4-packs in stores now.

Inspired by the Miles Davis classic Boplicity and the improvisational spirit of jazz, our hi-fidelity brew crafts a steady backbeat of alpha acids and transitioning layers of resinous, citrus, and tropical hops into a rich textured ensemble. Our hoppiest beer yet resonates like the hard bop sounds of jazz and promises to leave your senses stunned, erratic, and eager for more.

Can design by Metaleap Creative.

Three Taverns Goes to The Belgian Beer Fest

This week brings a lot of anticipation as we make plans to travel to Portland, ME where we’ll be pouring our beer at Beer Advocate’s Return of the Belgian Beer Festival. With a Belgian brewmaster at the helm and our foundation built on the Belgian brewing philosophy, we resonate deeply with the mission of the festival “to bring greater awareness to Belgium’s significant contributions to beer and brewing." With the festival co-sponsored by Allagash and taking place in their own backyard, it is a privilege to be invited to participate and pour our beer alongside such an amazing list of breweries passionate in making Belgian styles and Belgian-inspired beers both here and abroad. Being recognized and joining a community of peers in a festival like this is an honor and a confirmation of our vision, passion, and love of Belgian beers.

The Return of Quasimodo

Our 3rd annual Quasimodo Day is back this Friday, September 9th. We will release at the brewery Quasimodo on draft and the take home option of 750ml bottles. Our 750ml bottles of Quasi are conditioned and naturally carbonated in the traditional Belgian way using our brewery warm room, making this a great beer to cellar and taste over the course of time.

Available as always is our standard $14 brewery tour and tasting, but this year an additional $8 tour option will be available and include a 750ml bottle-to-go of Quasimodo. Limit 2 per person.

Look for Quasimodo in the market the week of 9/12 on draft and in 750ml and 12oz. 4-packs.

The Return of Sour Asylum #2 | Cranberry Sauced

It's back! Cranberry Sauced, the 2nd in our series of lacto-fermented sour ales, is spiced with cranberry juice, cinnamon and clove in the fermenter, and balanced by a pleasing acidity from the lactobacillus strain added to the kettle. This unique sour is the perfect companion to the crisp days of fall.

Cranberry Sauced starts pouring tonight, September 1st, exclusively in The Parlour until it releases to market mid-October just in time for the holiday season.

Sour Asylum #10 | Basileus Release

Sour Asylum #10, Basileus hits the market today. This draft only release is also now pouring in The Parlour.

Sour Asylum #10 | Basileus [bey-zuhl aye us] which is Greek for king, is a lacto-fermented sour ale brewed with 100% pilsner malt and finished with fresh basil and cucumber. The sour tartness coupled with the clean and refreshing flavors of basil and cucumber make this beer a perfect companion for these last humid days of summer.

Rapturous Cans HIT THE MARKET

The (literal) fruit of our Sour Asylum series, Rapturous seduced palates from the first pour, earning the honor of being our first canned sour. Rapturous in cans will be released to market the week of August 22nd.

Rapturous is a lacto-fermented sour ale, matured on raspberry puree with a wheat and pilsner malt base, it refreshes with a tart and alluring fruit-forward flavor profile.

Ponce & Rapturous Can Release Party

Join us Friday 8/19 at the brewery for our Ponce and Rapturous Can Release Party. This will be a special night of tours and tastings that includes a canned 6 pack to go of Ponce, Rapturous or a combination 6 pack of both. Also included in the $20 ticket is a Three Taverns pint glass, and live performance from Nashville recording artist Marc Scibilia.

“Buffalo-born and East Nashville-based Scibilia may be up-and-coming, but not completely un-known. In 2015, he turned heads and set Twitter abuzz for his ethereal rendition of Woody Guthrie’s “This Land Is Your Land,” as part of the Jeep Chrysler commercial that aired during the Super Bowl and became the most Shazamed moment of Super Bowl XLIX outside of the halftime show. The success of the ad lead to coverage from Rolling Stone, Billboard, Forbes and USA Today and helped launch a busy year of touring with over 100 shows performed across North America and Europe.” marcscibilia.com

We’re privileged to have Marc perform with his band at the brewery during our special night of celebration. Learn more about Marc and his debut album, Out of Style, produced by critically acclaimed artist and Georgia native, Butch Walker, at marcscibilia.com.

Pallookaville's Corndog Wagon will be on site offering their standard truck menu of six corn dog varieties with three different batter options, homemade sides and more. (Food not included in $20 entry fee)
