Ukiyo | Premium Lager Beer was originally part of our Imaginarium Project and was so popular and delicious we scaled it up, brewed it on the big system, and it’s now pouring on draft lines all over the state.
Ukiyo is a 4.25% crisp and refreshing version of a Japanese rice lager with the addition of jasmine and green tea. Six-pack cans are currently only available at the brewery. Look for a full market release of Ukiyo in cans (complete with a unique design) in the coming months. This is a beer we’re extremely proud of and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
