Available draft only, this raspberry sour ale can be found around town starting this weekend at your favorite watering hole. Look for the pink glass at the bar and you’ve found Rapturous. Cheers!
Rapturous is a fruit variation on Sour Asylum #4, the second in our new series of lacto-fermented sour ales. Matured on fresh raspberry puree and balanced by a pleasing acidity from the lactobacillus strain added to the kettle, this tart and fruit forward sour is one of our brewers' favorites.
