This Sunday, the Parlour will be open from 2-6 for a special brewery tour with one of our two newest releases ready to go home with you. This special Beer-To-Go tour is $20 and will include tastings of up to 36oz. of beer, a special tour of the brewery and your choice of either A) a 750ml bottle of the 2015 Feest Noel or B) a 32oz. Three Taverns growler filled with our very special Sour Asylum #2. Feest Noel is making its annual return as our beloved seasonal Christmas quadruple spiced with cardamom, allspice and clove.
And not to overlook this month of Thanksgiving, Sour Asylum #2, the 2nd offering in our ongoing series of lacto-fermented beers, is a 5% sour ale spiced with cranberry juice, cinnamon, and clove. Both of these beers will be available for the first time this season Sunday at The Parlour, but only one of them can go home with you. Don’t miss this special launch into the holiday season.
