Imaginarium Project #8 + SB63

As a reward for the very generous financial contribution of Evan Partridge to the Georgia Craft Brewers Guild's fundraising campaign to help pass SB63, Evan was able to craft his own very unique recipe for a Belgian-style wit beer infused with his own rhubarb reduction and then brew the beer on our pilot system, Genesis, as part of our Imaginarium Project. This very delicious and slightly tart Rhubarb Wit, Imaginarium Project #8, will be pouring for one day only, Saturday June 6th from 2:30-4:30, at The Parlour. Please come out and try Evan's outstanding experimental beer and show your appreciation for his love and support of the Georgia brewing community.

Imaginarium Project #7

To close out American Craft Beer Week, Imaginarium Project #7 is pouring tonight at The Parlour. Our newest Imaginarium beer is Single Intent poured through freshly foraged honeysuckles using Randall the Enamel Animal. Randall is our new beer infusion system that allows us to pour beer straight from the tap and through whatever our minds can imagine on it's way to your glass. Honeysuckle season is coming to a close, so join us tonight for this truly imaginative drinking experience. Cheers.
