Inceptus + Heavy Bell release

We started Three Taverns with a reverence and an affinity for Belgian-style beers. It’s part of our DNA. The first couple of years we committed to brewing world-class Belgian-style beers; ones like Single Intent and Quasimodo. From there we spread our wings and began to brew outside the confines of Belgian-styles and started creating beers we like to drink, A Night on Ponce IPA and Prince of Pilsen, for example.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But we haven’t forgotten our Belgian roots! This Saturday (6/22) we’ll be releasing two of our most popular Belgian-style beers, Inceptus and Heavy Bell. We also will have special cheese pairings with each beer - this is an event you don’t want to miss!

Inceptus is a 6% Georgia Wild Ale spontaneously fermented in red wine barrels – funky apricot notes, delicate, and clean.

Heavy Bell is a 11% bourbon barrel aged Quadrupel and this year’s version is easily the best to date – rich dark fruit notes, subtle vanilla and caramel, and remarkably dry.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Both will be available on draught and in bottles to-go, with Heavy Bell for the first time in (12oz) 4-packs. Look for these to hit shelves in the coming weeks.
